MODEL 2-SQT

Unlimited disintegration potential in a compact, versatile package.

Model 2-SQT is a compact, powerful work horse designed for removing broken taps, drills, studs, work-hardened metal, or any hard conductive material, in hard-to reach locations. With its remote control module, it can operate effectively at up to 25 feet from its power supply.
Solid, adjustable support
Model 2-SQT's new, improved Maxi Mag head support system provides complete positioning freedom without sacrificing rigidity. Seven precision movements - 360 degrees rotation in 3 axes, plus 4 linear motions - allow precise alignment of the cutting path.

The magnetic base exerts a 1500-lb. pull on ferrous surfaces for a secure grip, but can be "inched" slightly off the surface for position adjustment, or released completely with a flip of a cam lever.

 

 

Special supports

3000-lb. Magnetic Support with 36" column
This remarkable support features a rock-solid 3,000 lbs.(1360kgs.) of magnetic holding power - enough to support the heavy-duty Q head and even an Auto Feed Unit for off-the-table utility. The 15" (380mm) long crossarm allows for 360 degrees rotation in two planes, and the 36" (914mm) column has an eye hook for easy transfer. The standard spring feed provides 9" (230mm) of vertical travel, and the amp meter helps maximize cutting efficiency. Available with "Q " or Arc·er head, with or without AutoFeed.

MINI MAG

MINI Universal Support
Provides our portable Arc·er head with a compact support system offering seven precision movements in 1 degree increments for hard to reach locations. It is available with an 800 lb. (362kg.) pull permanent magnet or air vacuum suction cups for use on non-magnetic surfaces. The fixture provides the head with 4" (100mm) of feed. The column pivots 360 degrees on the base. The column and the crossarm are 3/4" (19mm) diameter hardened shafts each 12" (300mm) long. Fixture weight: approximately 25 lbs. (11kg.)
